EXPANDED COUNTIES PROGRAM

The Expanded Counties Program is designed to reward customers who subscribe to Title Data’s Houston-area title plant services with subscription-fee free access to Title Data’s non-Houston-area title plants.  Conversely, the Program is intended to make it easier for title companies headquartered in the Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas/Ft. Worth, El Paso, and San Antonio metropolitan areas to do business in the Houston area, where Title Data’s business model, unlike its business model for the rest of the state, closely defines who can benefit from Title Data’s proprietary land records and information.

When a customer subscribes to at least two of Houston’s metropolitan counties (being Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris and Montgomery counties) the customer begins to earn subscription-fee free access to Title Data’s non-Houston area title plants.
