LONG-FORM LICENSING

When a customer submits its initial application to the Texas Department of Insurance to become licensed as a Texas title insurance agent, the Department of Insurance requires that the title plant subscription agreement contain a minimum term of two years.  Therefore, in order to meet this requirement we have added to the Standard Version of our subscription agreements a new section 9.a, Term.  Otherwise the Long-form Licensing Version is identical to the Standard Version.
